Introduction
1.1 The "Blacksheep ACC 2000 USDT Giveaway" ("Competition") is organised by Blacksheep Operations Pty Ltd ("Organiser").
1.2 By entering the Competition, you ("Entrant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements
3.1 The Competition opens on 22 November 2024 and closes on 29 November 2024 ("Competition Period").
3.2. To enter, Entrants must do the following by 5pm AEST on 29 November 2024:
3.2.1. Register an account via the unique weblink promoting the competition.
3.2.2. Successfully pass KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
3.2.3. Have a total trade volume of $100 AUD or greater.
3.2.4. Follow @bsmoneyofficial on twitter.
3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize
4.1. The prize is 2000 USDT, paid on the Ethereum Mainnet or other blockchain up to the Organisers sole discretion.
4.2. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
4.3. The prizes are not transferable.
Winner Selection
5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
5.2. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the Competition closing date.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, a new winner will be selected.
General Conditions
6.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition if necessary.
6.2. The Organiser's decision in all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding.
6.3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.4. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
6.5. The winner’s name will be published on our website and Twitter/X.
6.6. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
6.7. By entering, Entrants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.
Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any Entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
